Pretty Amazing Cakes has yet again won Cake Designer of the Year 2017 in the Bristol & Somerset Wedding Awards. Anne Gliddon was delighted to achieve this award yet again based on the fabulous testimonials of her wedding couples.
We find that not everyone likes sweet icing, so we bake and fill our new range of layer cakes in a variety of tasty flavours, then cover them with a coating of swiss meringue buttercream frosting, before drizzling them with a rich, dark chocolate ganache drip. We then go to town on the decoration with lots of pretties and hand-made chocolate trimmings, and other luscious treats, such as chocolate dipped strawberries and raspberries and meringue kisses. As well as the dark chocolate range we can also make a white or milk chocolate variety. Check the blog for more exciting flavours coming soon.
